Our barber shop is located near Commercial Drive, on East Hastings at Woodland Drive (beside Yolks). We’re very accessible, if you commute to downtown Vancouver. Bonus: there's plenty of parking.

Due to COVID-19, we’re mainly running on appointments. We'll always try to accommodate walk-ins as time permits. 

 

If you walk by and see an empty chair, please don’t assume it’s free. We’re not at full capacity in order to keep COVID protocols in place, like mask wearing and social distancing.

FAQ

Do you accept walk ins or is it by appointment only?

Yes, we accept walk-ins. However availability for walk-ins will be based upon pre-booked appointments. We recommend that you book beforehand through the book online page to secure yourself a time.

Note: We're unable to take walk-ins within 15 minutes from closing.

 

If I don't see the appointment I want online or if there aren't any appointments available online, can I still get a cut that day? 

If there aren't any appointments showing in our booking system, we're either fully booked or off for the day. We do get cancellations sometimes, so check the site again later to see if an appointment has opened up!

Can I cancel my own appointment? 

Yes. After you book, you'll receive a text and an email confirmation. Click the link in the confirmation message to get to the page where you can cancel.

How much notice do I need to give for a cancellation?

Although we'd prefer as much notice as possible, we understand that emergencies happen and things crop up! This is why we allow you to cancel your own appointment up to 4 hours before the appointment starts. Within 4 hours, you may be charged up to the full cost of your service. 

Am I able to book more than one appointment at once? 

Yes, to book multiple appointments at once you must book directly through the website. Unfortunately Google and Instagram only allow you to book one service at a time. 

How far out am I able to book an appointment? 

You may book online up to one month out. Call us to schedule an appointment further than one month away. Good on you for being organized.

Do you accept debit and credit cards? 

Yes, we accept debit cards, all major credit cards, and cold hard CASH!

Do you sell gift cards?

We sure do—in any denomination. Pick them up in the shop, they make a great gift.

Do you cut kids hair? 

We cut ages 5 and up. We cannot cut hair for babies and toddlers due to safety reasons (scissors and wiggly little bodies don't mix).
